Love it or hate it fall is here, football is in full swing, and the weather is gradually getting cooler. It's a great time to start thinking about some hearty meals to keep us full and warm. Here are three great recipes that are veggie-friendly and delicious to boot.

Vegetarian Chili

Chili and fall go together like pumpkins and carving. Finding the right vege chili may have been a struggle, until now. This recipe gives has all of the ingredients you'd expect in a great chili, sans beef. Using veggie burger crumbles, green bell and chile peppers, jalapeños, and celery instead will give you more than enough texture and substance. Veggie Bowl with Green Tahini Sauce

Butternut squash, Brussels sprouts and mushrooms... what could be more fall than that? Roasting these up to top of a bowl off semi-pearled farro is a healthy and nutritious meal that is sure to fill you up. You might have made a face at that title and thought to yourself "can't I just order a normal pizza without meat?" to which I answer, yes. That's definitely a thing you can do. But I thought I'd share a unique fall recipe thats vegan, delicious, and will completely surprise your guests on game day. Toppings are up to you, from mushrooms to artichokes.
