Love it or hate it fall is here, football is in full swing, and the weather is gradually getting cooler. It's a great time to start thinking about some hearty meals to keep us full and warm. Here are three great recipes that are veggie-friendly and delicious to boot.

This recipe gives has all of the ingredients you'd expect in a great chili, sans beef. Using veggie burger crumbles, green bell and chile peppers, jalapeños, and celery instead will give you more than enough texture and substance. Roasting these up to top of a bowl off semi-pearled farro is a healthy and nutritious meal that is sure to fill you up.
